Eric fixed a plumbing problem for us that 5 other plumbers were unable to fix, with no invasive work.

Also known as "Lake LBJ" plumbing. Excellent service, knowledgeable master & journeyman plumbers, friendly. We had them install a water heater years ago, and very recently (January, 2025) had them install two new toilets, flush the water heaters and replace three older toilet water valves (the small water shutoff on the wall behind the toilets). They worked with us with advice, then arrived very promptly when our toilets (which we ordered ourselves) arrived. There were a couple of small glitches, both of which were fixed with a smile within 24 hours. The plumber ("Brendan") was considerate and cleaned the site before he left. The prices are "retail," but the VALUE is in the job well done, by fully-certified plumbers rather.

Brendan showed up even sooner than expected and had everything repaired in short order. Eric's Plumbing has taken care of my plumbing issues for 6 years with no problems. Definitely recommend them to my neighbors!

And that your company responded immediately, sending Brendan out the same day twice is service not often given. Then when it came to pay for a follow-up, we were surprised--very pleasantly surprised--we were not charged for another service call. That is customer service we appreciate and will definitely recommend to all our neighbors. We recently had a water heater begin leaking at our house. On a Saturday, I searched all over for someone to resolve our issue and no one answered their phone except Eric's Plumbing. They immediately worked with us and found a way to get it taken care of. Their technician got straight to work and had us back up in running quickly! I highly recommend this company.

Brenden was great. It was late in the evening but he checked everything. It was an unusual brand. He wanted to be sure what the problem was and made sure to do more than one test. He explained the problem to us to make sure we understood. Before leaving, he also let us know because it was not a standard part, it would have to be ordered. He let us know by email within just a short time what the pricing would be and would let us know when the part was in if we chose to have him (Erics Plumbing) do the work. It was after dark when he left and he never made us feel like he was in a hurry to get gone and get home. Although, I imagine he was. He was prompt, courteous, and thorough. Also, whenever calling the office, the office personal was helpful and a pleasure to talk too. I would recommend Erics Plumbing for your plumbing needs.

I have been in construction for 25 years and have had my share of below average Contractors. I must say that Eric's Plumbing was fantastic from start to finish. I mainly interacted with Amy and Brandon. They were both very professional, knowledgable and accommodating. Brandon showed up on time every time and did great work. Eric's Plumbing providing a great service at a fair price. I will definitely use them again.

We discovered that our water heater was not working as it should around 4pm on a Friday. A call to Eric’s Plumbing was all it took! By 7 that evening Nick had arrived and diagnosed the issue. He was able to get us fixed up and back in service in a short period of time. Nick was very professional and saw to it that the job was done right. At about 5 AM I was awakened by the sound of running water. Apparently there was a pressure surge from water main repairs and the drain valve at the bottom our hot water heater (made of plastic) cracked. I have a home warranty company and the firm they assigned for the repairs said the earliest they could come out was next Tuesday. (today is Wed.) I got the name of Eric's Plumbing from 2 buddies and call them at about 9:40 AM. They had Nick here a little after 11AM today. He saw what needed to be done, got the appropriate parts and replaced the valve with brass instead of plastic. Very reasonable cost and Nick is a true professional. SO I can shower tonight instead of next week. Thank you Eric's Plumbing and Nick.

I had a serious plumbing problem, which involved Brenden from Eric's Plumbing. He has the knowledge, integrity, and experience to take care of a big job such as mine was. This job involved re-installing the piping, while in a tunnel, under my bathroom. The pictures he showed me, which he installed, were very impressive, and it was a good feeling to know that I had someone who was taking care of the problem, and that I was in good hands.
